The Asian Development Bank is offering a fully funded scholarship to international students pursuing a Master's degree. Students can study in ADB-JSP-selected fields at the University of Hawai'i at Mnoa. Through this fully funded scholarship, students will be able to participate in the East-West Centre's educational, residential, and leadership development programmes (EWC). Furthermore, international scholarships cover tuition, airfare, a monthly stipend, and other benefits for qualified applicants. ADB is looking for people to share their knowledge and experience gained from this programme in order to promote socioeconomic development.
Eligibility
Criteria :
1.Applicants
must be citizens or current residents of an Asian Development Bank developing
member country.
2.At the time of
application, applicants must be under the age of thirty.
3.Furthermore,
at the time of application, they must have a 4-year bachelor's degree or the
equivalent of a 4-year bachelor's degree.
4.(An equivalent
degree can be a three-year Bachelor's degree plus a one-year Master's degree,
or a two-year Bachelor's degree plus a two-year Master's degree, depending on
the circumstances.)
5.They should
also have at least two years of full-time professional work experience after
graduating from university.
6.Applicants
must submit one of the following English proficiency test results/scores: 550
for the paper-based TOEFL, 213 for the computer-based TOEFL, and 550 for the
internet-based TOEFL.

transcripts from each higher education institution attended, scanned.
3.Each higher
education institution's degree/graduation certificate, scanned.
4.If available by
December 1st, a scanned copy of the TOEFL/IELTS result.
5.Evidence of UH
application submission. (Receipt of Application Acknowledgement)
Note: If you are
unable to obtain proof of your UH application submission due to a delay, you
can upload a small note describing that you have applied and will email proof
of application as soon as it is available. Furthermore, you will be unable to
submit an application unless you upload proof of UH, either the application
submission or the explanatory note.
