BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs established the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program to help French higher education institutions attract top foreign students to their master's and PhD programs.
It provides opportunities for future foreign decision-makers in the private and public sectors, and encourages applicants up to 25 years old from developing countries to pursue master's degrees, and applicants up to 30 years old from developing and industrialised countries to pursue PhD degrees.

LEVEL OF STUDY:
In collaboration with a partner university overseas, pursue a master's degree, an engineering programme, or a joint doctorate programme (joint supervision of dissertation and/or dual degree).
FIELDS OF STUDY:
The Eiffel scholarships are concerned with two primary disciplinary fields, which cover the following seven disciplines of study for the Master's and Doctorate components:
• Biology and health; ecological change; mathematics and digital; Sciences of Engineering
• History, French language, and civilisation for the humanities and social sciences; Economics and management, as well as law and political science
SCHOLARSHIP VALUE:
The Eiffel scholarship comprises a monthly grant of €1,181 and can be given for 12-36 months of Master's level education. The Eiffel scholarship comprises a monthly payment of €1,700 for PhD level study and is offered for a maximum of 12 months.
Furthermore, the programme covers a variety of expenditures such as international and domestic transportation, health insurance, housing searches, and cultural events.
The Eiffel Program does not cover tuition costs.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Direct applications from students are NOT accepted. French Higher Education Institutions submit applications for EIFFEL scholarships.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you must apply and satisfy the conditions of the French Higher Education Institution. Applications received directly by students or by international institutions will be rejected. The deadline for applying to participating French institutions is early, in November or December 2022. The application date for Campus France is January 10, 2023.
