Study in Romania with a Full Scholarship. The application period for the Romanian Government Scholarships 2023 is now open. The Romania Scholarships are promoted by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Scholarships are available to study for Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. programmes in Romanian Institutes. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Romania will cover all expenses throughout the scholarship duration. Every year, the Romanian government gives this scholarship. Submit your application online. Any applicant of any nationality from a non-EU country may apply. European citizens are not eligible to apply.
The Romanian government's goal is to promote Romanian language and culture. Applicants may choose their preferred study programme in any subject, with the exclusion of Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy. They awarded 85 scholarships last year. Eligibility
- Foreign Nationals Come from all around the world, with the exception of European Union member nations.
- Should not be granted Romanian citizenship.
- Not older than 35 years old for Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and 45 years old for Doctoral degrees or postgraduate study.
