The Turkey Burslari Scholarship 2023 is open to all foreign applicants from all around the world. The applications are only in five phases. You can also apply for the Turkish Government Scholarship if you have an English Proficiency Letter. IELTS is not always necessary. A one-year free Turkish language course is also included with this scholarship.

Turkey Burslari Turkish Government Scholarship comes in three varieties:
- Undergraduate Scholarship in Turkey: 1 year Turkish language course + 4-6 years (depending on the normal duration of the program)
- Turkey 1 year Turkish language course + 2 years Master Scholarship
- Turkey 1 year Turkish language study + 4 years Ph.D. scholarship.

Requirements
This is the basic eligibility criteria for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees.
Minimum Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree candidates must have a minimum academic accomplishment of 70%.
- 75% academic accomplishment is required for Master's and Doctorate degree candidates.
- Minimum academic accomplishment for candidates to the Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy): 90%
Criteria for Age:
- For Undergraduate programmes, you must be under the age of 21.
- For Master's programmes, you must be under the age of 30.
- Doctorate programmes need applicants to be under the age of 35.
Countries that are eligible:
- Except for Turkish citizens, citizens of other countries are eligible.
Documents Required
- A valid identity document, ID card, or passport.
- A photograph of the candidate taken within the last 1 year
- National exam results (if any)
- Diploma or temporary graduation certificate
- Transcript
- International exam results (GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.) if required by the chosen university or program
- International language test results such as TOEFL, DELF if required by the chosen university or program
- A proposal for a research topic and a written example of the research you have carried out (only for PhD applications)
- C1 Level Certificate for Turkish Proficiency: If you are not proficient in the Turkish language then this Scholarship includes 1-year free Turkish language course as a part of the Scholarship program. You will get that certificate at the end of the year.
