Eligibility 

  1. Applicants must first enrol at Leiden University in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
  2. You must not be a member of L.S.V Minerva.
  3. The application is for a unique or prestigious study or research project in the Netherlands or abroad.
  4. The projects are divided into three categories: internship, study, and research.
  5. After completing the project, the student must submit a project report with accompanying images within three months.

Benefits 

  1. The scholarship amount ranges from €900 to €2000.
  2. A research cost subsidy may be made available.
  3. The scholarship may also include travel expenses.
  4. Subsidy for living expenses (accommodation).

Application Process: 

  1. You must be interested in applying for the Leiden University international student scholarship. However, before you begin the application, you must be enrolled in one of Leiden University's eligible undergraduate or master's programmes.
  2. The Leiden University Minerva fund scholarship application is done online.
  3. After downloading, fill out the application form completely.
  4. Send the entire application package to the address provided.
  5. The criteria will be used by the committee to evaluate the applications.
  6. One month before the deadline, applicants will be notified whether their application was successful or whether they will receive the scholarship.
  7. Applicants are responsible for completing the application and attaching all required documents; Minerva or Leiden University will not be held liable for incomplete or late applications.
