- Applicants must initially enroll at Leiden University in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.

- The application is for a unique or outstanding study or research initiative in the Netherlands or abroad.
- The projects are divided into three categories: internship, study, and research.
- After completing the assignment, the student must submit a project report with accompanying pictures within three months.
