  4. Furthermore, they must display leadership potential in the community, nation, or region outside of the classroom.
  5. Applicants must provide a letter of recommendation from an academic adviser attesting to their writing abilities in English.
  6. There is no need for IELTS, GRE, or TOEFL.
  7. A valid international passport is required. You can use it later if you don't have it.
  8. Those who have never visited the United States before will be given priority.
  9. Experience with NGOs or community service is required. 
Students from the United States:
