Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country
2. Not holding dual nationality from an EU/EEA country
3. Must apply for admission to a participating degree program at UM
4. Must meet admission and scholarship requirements
5. Not older than 35 years of age by 1st September 2025
