Study in the UK on a Fully Funded Scholarship. Applications are now open for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship 2025/26, funded by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) and participating UK universities. This scholarship is for international students to study a one-year Master’s program in approved courses at specific UK universities. The scholarship covers all expenses, and you can apply directly through the CSC’s online system. This is one of the UK's most popular scholarships, and classes will start in September 2025. Required Documents

Only students from these countries can apply: Bangladesh, Belize, Botswana, Cameroon, Dominica, Eswatini, Fiji, Gabon, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Montserrat, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and The Grenadines, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, The Gambia, Togo, Tonga, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Zambia.

Applicant Eligibility

To apply, you must:

  • Be a citizen or have refugee status in one of the eligible countries
  • Live permanently in an eligible Commonwealth country
  • Hold at least an upper second-class (2:1) undergraduate degree, or a lower second-class degree with a relevant postgraduate qualification by September 2025
  • Be ready to start studies in the UK in September 2025
  • Have not studied or worked in a high-income country for more than a year
  • Need this scholarship to study in the UK

How to Apply

Submit your application through the CSC’s online system. Only online applications will be accepted. You must apply for an approved course at a participating UK university.
